The Citron Law Firm has been engaged by clients seeking the return of deposit monies and down payments used to secure pre-construction homes and condominiums throughout the State of Florida.  Unfortunately, many buyers entered into contracts for real estate as investments when the real estate market in Florida was at its peak.  Now that Florida’s real estate market has cooled, those buyers no longer wish to purchase and close on homes and condominiums.
